Your tutoring practice on YAKKI Available Now
For a private tutor who already teaches English to children. You do the teaching; YAKKI is where you prepare a lesson, assign it and see how it went.
YAKKI is in alpha testing: for now everything is free. Small limits on quantities are possible.
What you get
- Your own dashboard for your learners, in the browser. The Android app is in closed testing for tutors.
- Lessons from a topic, a text and games, for one learner or a group; error review and homework.
- A summary after each lesson, statistics and the learner’s pedagogical matrix: which rule is not holding yet.
- Polygon, where you play every game yourself before you assign it.
- Dyslexia mode, free of charge, for a learner who needs it.
How access works
You buy access in blocks of five learners and add a block when you have more. Separately, you buy coins for yourself, and lessons are paid from them. Learners have no wallet of their own. Prices on request.
What we need from you
- Your own learners: you add them yourself.
- A few lines about your practice: how many learners you teach and how you work with them.
What YAKKI does not do
We do not find learners for you, and we do not make teaching decisions for you.
Parental consent. You open each learner’s account, and only after a parent or guardian has given consent. Without that consent the child does not play. There is no guest access.
