Apply for Android testing

The track is closed: the Play link works only for the Google address we put on the tester list. That is why there is an application and not a download button.

1. You send the application.
2. We add your address to the tester list.
3. You get a letter with two links.
4. On the phone: join first, then install.

Up to two working days — the list is edited by hand.
