This website presents the YAKKI platform to parents, tutors, partners, and researchers. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Product status

YAKKI is in active development. Pages are labeled with product status: Available Now, Pilot, or In Development. Features marked "In Development" are plans, not commitments, and may change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All site content, the YAKKI name, the platform, its game designs, and its pedagogical system are the property of YAKKI. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission. Brief citation with attribution is welcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, probe its infrastructure, or misuse contact channels for spam or solicitation.

5. No warranty

The website and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty of completeness and accept no liability for decisions made based on the site's content.

6. Partnership agreements

Use of the YAKKI application by partner organisations is governed by separate written agreements, which take precedence over these website terms.

7. Videos on YouTube

Our video lessons are published on our YouTube channel YAKKI EDU (@Yakki-Edu). Watching or using YAKKI content on YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. How we use YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
