Two ways to delete
How to delete your account
In the app. A tutor can delete a student’s account from the tutor area, and any user can delete their own account from within YAKKI. This removes the account and its data directly.
By email. If you prefer, or if you no longer have access to the app, request deletion by email and we will handle it for you:
- Email us — Use the button below — it opens your email app with the request pre-filled.
- Tell us which account — Include the email address or username on the account you want deleted.
- We confirm — We verify the request and reply to confirm.
- We delete — The account and its data are permanently removed. We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
If a tutor created this account for a learner, some records may also be governed by the tutor’s own arrangement with you — please let the tutor know as well.
