Open YAKKI Studio with us In Development
YAKKI Studio is English for children in small groups: a teacher leads the group, there are live lessons every week, and practice in the app in between. We are opening our own Studio and are ready to open Studio groups together with partners. Right now this is an offer of partnership.
YAKKI is in alpha testing: for now everything is free. Small limits on quantities are possible.
How a Studio group works
- A small group of children with one goal and a similar level.
- Live lessons every week in Google Meet, outside the app: two of 30 minutes or one of an hour.
- On top of those, each child has 2, 4 or 6 lessons a week in the app. The teacher assigns them, together with homework and error review.
- The parent pays a monthly budget; the teacher runs the lessons with the group.
- The parent receives regular reports.
What we give
- The teacher’s dashboard: the group, assigning lessons, homework and error review, reports to parents.
- The YAKKI games and lessons, by topic and level, with answers checked in the app.
- Polygon, where adults learn the games before the lessons.
What stays yours
The children and their families are yours: you bring them together and you lead the group. We do not find children or families for you.
What we need from you
- A few lines: who you are, where you would open a Studio, and for which children — their ages and the languages spoken at home.
Terms
Studio is in development. We send the partnership terms in our reply.
Parental consent. A parent agrees first. The parent enrols the child and gives consent at enrolment; without it the child does not join a group.
